1. Who we are

2. The service we provide
When you submit the booking form on this Site, we treat it as a request for a free personalized planning consultation. Submitting the form does not create a binding contract for planning services and does not guarantee availability of any particular date, venue, or vendor.
- The consultation is free and carries no obligation.
- Any planning engagement that follows the consultation will be set out in a separate written agreement.
- Pricing, scope, and timelines are confirmed in that written agreement before any payment is made.
3. Eligibility & accurate information
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you submit a request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent requests, or impersonate another person.
- Use the Site to harvest data, send unsolicited communications, or interfere with normal operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our database, or the admin area.
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its layout, text, graphics, photographs, and the Wedding Champs name and logo, is owned by Wedding Champs or licensed to it. You may view and share the public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without our written permission.
6. Third-party vendors
As part of our planning service we may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (florists, caterers, photographers, venues, etc.). Where vendors are engaged directly by you, those agreements are between you and the vendor. We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, or terms of independent third-party vendors.
7. No guarantees / limitation of liability
The Site and the consultation request system are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that submitting a request will result in any specific outcome.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to AED 500. Liability under any signed planning agreement is governed by that agreement.
8. Cancellations and refunds
The free consultation can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time. Cancellations and refunds for paid planning services are governed by the written planning agreement you sign with us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
